Bicycle/ Accessory Theft/ Hijacking Claim

All theft / hijacking claims must be reported to the police within 24 hours.

Kindly complete and sign the theft claim form and return it to us, together with a copy of the police report. No replacement is allowed without our written authorisation.

Please note that we cannot commence dealing with your claim without the necessary documentation.

On receipt of the above documentation we will appoint an assessor to investigate your claim. He will contact you within 24 hours and arrange a meeting with you. On receipt of his report we will finalise your claim.

Bicycle Damage Claim

If a motor vehicle is involved, you have to report the incident to the police within 24 hours and furnish us with the 3rd party’s information.

Kindly complete and sign the damage claim form and return it to us, together with a quotation on the damage from your cycle dealer.

Please note that we cannot commence dealing with your claim without the necessary documentation.

On receipt of the above documentation we will authorise repairs / replacement to the cycle dealer or appoint an assessor to assess the damage. The assessor will assess the damage within 24 hours and we will authorize the repairs / replacement immediately thereafter.

Your excess is payable to the cycle dealer and your friendly Cyclesure claims consultant will inform you of the amount.

Personal Liability Claim

Kindly complete and sign the Liability claim form and return it to us, together with all the relevant documentation.

Personal Accident Claim

Kindly complete and sign the Personal Accident Claim Form and return it to us, together with all the relevant documentation.

Medical Claim

Kindly complete and sign the Injury Claim Form and return it to us in order to register and proceed with the claim.
