Look have launched a new version of their top of the range flagship road bike, which will be known as the 695 Aerolight. The launch was held in Corsica which coincides with the start of the 100th edition of the Tour de France. Look spared no expense at the launch as the bike was flown in via helicopter.
The 695 Aerolight is a far more aero version of the original 695 Look , which first featured on the market around 3 years ago. The Aerolight features integrated front and rear brakes,all cables are internal, a great aero stem as well as an internal compartment for the Shimano Di2 batteries.
The 695 Aerolight comes in under the UCI 6.8kg weight limit. The Cofidis riders that will be riding these new Aerolight machine in the Tour will need to add some additional weight to the bikes to meet with this UCI regulation.
Keep a LOOK out for the LOOK 695 Aerolight bikes as they make their first appearance on the roads of this years Tour de France.
